Shipping

We ship internationally.

  • Free shipping on orders over $80

Orders are fulfilled & shipped on Tuesdays & Fridays (With the exception of holidays).

We ship via USPS First Class Mail which averages 3-5 business days to ship domestically & 10 business days to ship internationally.

Return Policy

All our jewelry is handmade by women escaping human trafficking. Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of the materials are unique and individual to each artisan jewelry item.

However, we want you to love your purchase! We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with all of your PURPOSE jewelry. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Our warranty also does not provide for replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

FAQ's

1. How will I know when an out of stock product will be restocked?

Under certain products which displays the option “can be backordered”, you may still place an order and we will notify you & fulfill it as soon as the product is back in stock. 

2. Does PURPOSE Jewelry ship internationally?

Yes we do! However, international orders may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes, and other charges. All additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

PURPOSE Jewelry does not collect any duties and or/taxes and we cannot predict what your charges may be. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred should you not accept the customs charges.

3. Are prices included on the invoice for a gift purchase?

No. We never include pricing on your packing slip even if it’s not a gift!

4. Do you package the jewelry differently for gifts?

Our pieces that include gift packaging will be stated as such in the desctiption below on the product’s page.

(Comes in a beautiful box- perfect for gifting!). Our other jewelry comes individually packaged in a box for protection. We are happy to include a note with your gift! It will also be written on the packing slip inside each shipment.

5. Do you include information about the Sanctuaries with the jewelry?

Yes! We will include an insert card that shares a little bit about our programs. Each piece of jewelry also comes on a tag hand-signed by an artisan in one of our Sanctuaries around the world.
